More on Montero
I’m sure you’ve all heard about the rape allegations against Fredy Montero. New details from Montero’s agent have been released today. From a Colombian paper,
http://www.eltiempo.com/deportes/enelexterior/freddy-montero-cayo-en-una-trampa-asegura-representante-del-futbolista-colombiano_4949047-1
this article denies any wrongdoing on Montero’s part. Jose Romero of the Seattle Times has highlighted the main points of the article here:
http://blog.seattletimes.nwsource.com/sounders/2009/04/05/montero_fell_into_a_trap_agent.html
His agent, Helmut Wennin (what kind of name is that???) says that Montero didn’t travel to Toronto because of this. Which is no surprise, because his sudden “illness” was hardly a convinving story by the Sounders. Hopefully, Montero’s unwillingness to speak on the matter indicates maturity and concentration on his job, rather than a feeling of guilt. That’s all we can say for now.

So Seattle lost their 100% unbeaten record, losing Keller must have been the key.
By the way if you want to add links to articles, without using the entire link, you can use:
use <a href=”http://www.thelink.com”>the text of the link</a>
Was a question in the Blackburn blogs comments, thought you might find it of use as you often paste the entire link.
Is Montero going to be back playing soon? What is the deal with all this. Can you write a blog post to cover what is happening?
hmm, that’s not working for me
Sorry got a bit carried away had same response in other blog, you need to be in html mode in the editor for that to work.
Alternatively you can highlight the text you want to make a link, then click on the icon just above the editor box that looks like a chain. Then enter the link address and a title for the link if you like. That should work!
